This was our first build experience, having only purchased existing homes in the past. We found a lot in Eagle Crest Resort, then researched several builders who had built in that community. We really liked New ERA’s model of floor plans with uncommon standards and various pricing models, as opposed to lower end “cookie cutter” or high end fully custom. After settling on a modified Washington Plan with higher ceilings, extended main floor, an extended trex deck, and several other upgrades we finally began the planning and building process. As expected, there were many steps to the process but Trent, Lori, John, and Steve made it smooth sailing with regular and clear communications throughout the entire process (thank you all for your patience!). The Build Handbook, and online apps for managing the financials and build process made it a breeze (and Lori was always available to answer questions). The finished product exceeded our expectations. Neighbors never ceased raving about the quality and that New ERA crews showed up early and remained on site all day. We’ve since heard negative comments about several of the builders in Eagle Crest but neither we nor our neighbors can say anything negative about New ERA. We highly recommend them.

We are absolutely thrilled with our New Era Home. It is everything we hoped for and more. The NE staff are amazing to work with. Trent, Jim, John and Bob were great. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. The quality of materials is outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
