The folks at Mountain Air Restoration just recently completed remediation at my home and the process was seamless. As a Realtor, I have recommended them to clients, but had not had an opportunity to experience their service personally. From start to finish, I experienced friendly, professional and clear communication from all points of contact. During the work portion, the employees were kind, respectful and kept the work space clean. Mountain Air recently did some work for us at a rental property: bathroom fans needed to be routed to the outside via their own dedicated roof vents; the crawlspace under the house had to be cleaned and some mold remediation needed to be done. Scheduling the work was somewhat complicated because a third party was involved. However, Jeremy and Lindsey made it all possible. Communication was great and phone calls were quickly returned.
