I’ve been a patient with Mosaic Medical for the better part of 15 years now, gone through several doctors due to changes in staffing and not once felt my needs were not being met. Super helpful and friendly from the front line receptionists, medical assistants and doctors alike. I’ve recently been having some dental work done at Mosaic and couldn’t be more pleased with how I’ve been treated and the results I’ve have been fantastic! Oh, and MyChart has been great for easy access to my medical records, scheduling appointments, ordering medications and answering all my medical questions. Very pleased indeed!
I would highly recommend Mosaic Medical to anyone looking for something better when it comes to personalized health care. 👍 🙏

I took my client here after having a terrible experience at the hospital, along with a horrifying experience at Bends Interim Healthcare (Do not go there or procure their services). The staff were attentive, provided excellent follow-up, and went above and beyond to ensure my client understood the plan of care and addressed his concerns.

The dentist that I saw here was not good.
He had the personality of a piece of cardboard, and was rough in the way that he handled my mouth for all of the eight seconds he looked at it. In the end he just prescribed an antibiotic which I did not take.
The one star goes to the dental assistant who was very nice and helpful. Anyway, best to avoid this place, at least for dentistry.

⚠️🚨 PSA ALL PARENTS 🚨⚠️ STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM MOSAIC MEDICAL! ! ! I wish I could leave 0 stars, and file a lawsuit. These people will send CPS after you and your family while ignoring and neglecting and overlooking critical life-threatening information for the superiority of their own presumption based (apparently) off no medical or practical information or intelligence.
They have violated my trust and violated the comfort and safety of my 1-week postpartum wife, week-old daughter and other 2 children's. I will be calling tomorrow to ensure the securement of our kids medical records, and requesting no further contact for any reason.
Words cannot explain how upset I am. The CPS worker got progressively more baffled by our side of the story as the meeting went on. Not to mention the fact that medical professionals seemed to completely ignore the potentially deadly risks of certain medications' interaction with recovery and breastfeeding. And the distress you cause my wife as the CPS worker arrived while she was home alone and I was out getting the l groceries. Again words cannot describe how upset I am. To Mosaic: Do not bother responding to this comment. I will be calling you in the morning to speak with you directly. Good day. God bless.

Yes, it's hard to get through on the phone sometimes, or you may have to wait a long time. It's completely worth it though, my Dr. Is amazing. The whole staff is very professional, and polite. Just be patient with them, they deal with allot of people.

Horrible front office staff. Rude and extremely unprofessional. I don't know what Mosaics hiring practices are, but every time I am here, I am subjected to the front office people complaining about their job. It's crazy that this is allowed.
