It’s not an exaggeration to say that these massages have been life-changing. I’ve been here twice so far, and each time leave here feeling sooooo good. But it’s not just an hour of self-care or indulgence; the deep tissue massage has been helping my nervous system reset. Yes, it helped get rid of tight shoulders, neck & lower back aches that have plagued me forever. But it also helped with my sleep issues, and an overall sense of well-being. An excellent massage—just as good as what I’ve experienced in Asia, if not even better. They were very precise in targeting my sore spots, and the hot stone treatment was relaxing.
