Today was the second time I called Donovan for a service call to do a repair, nothing urgent. He was here very quickly, just 2 days later! He had everything he needed to complete the job, got right to work and finished up in a short time. He had taken pictures to show me how the repair was done. Aside from being a skilled plumber, Donovan is a genuinely nice guy who really cares about going the extra step to take care of his customers. He texted me twice with his ETA and showed up on time.
