Staff were super kind and accommodating, got me in earlier than expected and out within 10 minutes while somehow still doing a very thorough and good job. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
I was taken care of in a timely manner, all by caring MA, and Dr. Spent time explaining my situation. Sent me to ER, and called ahead with info about my condition. High Lakes will be my go to urgent care office from now on!
I went in today and saw Elysia. She was so thorough and took her time. I immediately received a discount coupon for the medication she prescribed. I found her and the rest of the staff to be wonderful. I will go back to this urgent care in the future.
