The office staff was friendly, professional, proficient, thorough and expedient. They gathered the required data efficiently and treated me with personal respect and professional concern. The doctors assistant was friendly congenial put me at ease and did the pulmonary work up blood pressure, heart rate, etc. Additionally updating medical records And gathering data for the specific reason that I was seeing Dr. Carolyn Day. MD Dr. Day is the consummate professional not only from the medical standpoint, but also seamlessly applies the psychology necessary to put patient at ease and extract all medical psychological and philosophical concerns that I had. Ashley Sapin is amazing and truly is top tier. She cares about getting to the core of issues and spends time figuring out what the best approach is to pursue a healthier life. The front desk staff is always friendly, as are the ma’s.
Front desk staff is always super helpful and kind. I love that they send the check-in paperwork ahead of time so I don’t have to worry about it right before my appointment. They communicate well if the doctor is running behind and give you options if the wait is going to be very long. Love the nurses, love my PA, love coming here.
