Follow-up to a recent hospitalization. Scheduling got me right in with Dr. Day ! Having not gotten many answers while in the hospital, I was CONFIDENT Dr. Day would have already seen my hospital records, and come in guns blazing with a plan for me moving forward. She DID NOT disappoint !!! ? Her PA that day, Justus, was also very warm and reassuring.Dr. Day is so empathetic and talks to me like a friend - not doctor speak ! I truly appreciate her very straightforward approach, and she “gets” me !!!

So I was initially concerned by the high level of negative reviews but as always i am prepared to give an organization a chance. My first interaction was by phone the week before when i made the appointment. I got through immediately and was able to get a very convenient appointment . This was my first visit to establish care and I actually had an excellent experience. I arrived 10 minutes early was greeted courteously and professionally, checked in immediately and was called in exactly on time. The nurse was friendly and competent and took vitals and Dr Speed was in to see me within 10 minutes. Since this was an initial visit it was a lot of note taking and record taking...read full review

Ashley gives me all the time we need to discuss my health. She is very knowledgeable on my health issues. I am lucky to have her as my medical provider. And she is very friendly. Great bedside manner.
