Riverside view was nice with a convenient and great location, but... Not the most welcoming front service staff, the rooms were clean enough, but there was no conditioner, no body wash, and no lotion in the in-room attached bottles. The hot tub was cold (not lukewarm, actually cold). And to top it all off, we got stuck in the elevator and were only able to get off when someone else hit the open button. While we were informing the front desk, three other people tried to use the elevators, but we warned them not to. The front desk finally posted a warning on the first level, but not the others. This hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the river, and nearby nature paths. We’ve stayed here for many skiing trips, summer river outings, as well as a wedding engagement. It's been a great home base. The front desk provides excellent service, and the hotel, grounds, and rooms are consistently very clean. The management team is outstanding and truly delivers exceptional customer service.

Maria at the front desk was absolutely wonderful in making our stay the best it can be! We appreciate you Maria! We will definitely be back because of you and the cleanliness of the building and rooms. Even under construction this was a wonderful place to stay!
