Nearby activities include Box Factory Immersion Brewing, Monkless, Crosscut Warming Hut No5, and Tokyo Starfish Dispensary downtown. The hotel features secure doors that require a room key for access to the pool, gym, and side entrances, ensuring safety. Overall, the helpful staff and prime location enhance the experience for those staying in Bend, though some mention discomfort with the bed mattresses and pillows.
Travel for business and this is my spot. Central to all things in Bend. Staff is wonderful, rooms clean and comfortable.
Great location and, as with every Hilton property I've stayed at, helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and easy.
Riverside view was nice with a convenient and great location, but... Not the most welcoming front service staff, the rooms were clean enough, but there was no conditioner, no body wash, and no lotion in the in-room attached bottles. The hot tub was cold (not lukewarm, actually cold). And to top it all off, we got stuck in the elevator and were only able to get off when someone else hit the open button. While we were informing the front desk, three other people tried to use the elevators, but we warned them not to. The front desk finally posted a warning on the first level, but not the others.
