I have lost a lot of my hair due to medical issues- I have been wearing 22” extensions for 2 years but my hair just won’t hold them anymore - I was in tears until Lori showed me toppers and how they could be a better fit than a full wig! I was skeptical and she made sure to ease my mind and answered every daunting question I had- I feel like myself again and I will be a client of hers forever! ❤️I added photos of the 18” human hair topper that I purchased- can you tell I am wearing a wig? Lori is very attentive and warm. My hair is really thinning and had heard about hair toppers. Most of the time hiding under a cap and not feeling too good about myself. Looked online and found Lori had the best reviews so made myself an appointment. All the wonderful reviews were accurate! Tried them on until we found the right one. Lori did a great cut and styled with the topper. Can’t tell you enough about how it instantly boosted my confidence! Lori you are wonderful! I rarely give full stars to any business. The most you’re going to get out of me as a four-star, or a nine star. However, Laurie @Hair craft offered an amazing experience. Her knowledge of hair and wigs is exemplary. She is an excellent businesswoman, based in compassion and fairness and common sense. I had such a wonderful experience, and I would invite anyone to engage her services whether it is for natural hair, or whether someone is investigating the world of wigs as a beginner or An experienced connoisseur. Every time I go I laugh a lot! Lori is so nice and a good friend! Her salon is tidy and features cool stuff! I have been going to get my hair done for 20+ years! I even bought a cool wig a couple of years ago! I think it’s time for me to wear it! I’m getting bald in places! I thank her for all the wonderful service over the years!

Couldn’t have been a better experience! Would highly recommend for haircut and then had to go at a later time to get fitted for a wig and it was a pleasant experience for what I was going through. Lori was amazing!
