The communication from GreenLoop throughout this ticket and letting me know what was going on with the TDS and the work they were doing in the area that might have been disrupting service. I appreciate the onsite diagnostics Nate did, he discovered and exposed some issues with equipment in the correct places and people weren't connecting to the correct Wi-Fi, sometimes those in depth discoveries really help capture underlying issues or human error.
