I consider myself a computer enthusiast and was trying to help my little brother with some PC issues, but I live in southern CA and he lives in Bend. This is a small shopping bend that can do almost anything you ask to fix your computer. They have a good assortment of computer accessories and can get parts at reasonably good prices. All service is done in-house and is done promptly and professionally.
It is run by two fellas who really know how to treat customers well. Both have good knowledge of their products and the repair guy really knows his stuff.
Though I do a lot of work on my own computer and have been doing so for years as troubleshooting IT guy for the business that I worked with before I retired , I would definitely bring my PC and or laptop to them when it needs upgrading or fixing.
