Horrible experience with booking online and I wish Great Clips would fix that!If you can handle the stress, both Becky and Abi were so friendly, and their customer service is amazing!Abi cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted, and I love styling it now. She was also fun to chat with.Can't beat the cost - just wish corporate would review the booking issues so these ladies can focus on what they do best and not deal with angry people.

Abby saved the day again!!! Thank you so much!Me and my partner went in for haircuts earlier in the day and Patty cut my partner’s hair/beard very sloppily, rushed through his beard trim, and missed spots on his neck. Once asked about the beard trim, she sighed and seemed upset about going the extra mile for a paying customer.The lady that cut my hair seemed very rushed, left my unmanageable cowlick and several stray, long hairs poking out all around my head. Both associates were very rude, and the lady that cut my hair was glaring at me when I returned for a touch-up.Afterwards, we returned to get a touch-up from one of our favorite people there, Abby. The haircuts have always been great but, can't believe the person in charge does not allow Veterans discounts anymore! I'm sure the money you would lose wouldn't be a drop in the bucket. So the least you can do is show some respect!
