The guys at Elite Fleet Automotive came in clutch when I encountered issues during a road trip. Not only were they able to squeeze me into their busy schedule as a walk in, but were able to pivot and fix the issue when the part had to be ordered. Plus they were very accommodating to my dog and I while we waited.
The videos Elite Fleet provided of the comprehensive overview of my old Jeep was next level service. It felt like a team who wanted to actually work w me, and my budget, to make my Jeep all it to be. Best experience in Bend! And…I left loving my Jeep more than I did when I arrived. Thank you.
I had an issue come up with my truck and had to have it towed. I called while waiting on the tow and spoke with Severin and he said they would squeeze me in and get it looked at. They had the problem diagnosed fixed and back to me within 72 hours. This is exactly why I trust and take my vehicles to Elite fleet for everything.
