Mike at Cascade Car Craft LLC is an absolute lifesaver! Whenever that dreaded check engine light pops on, he makes the whole process completely stress-free. He takes the time to thoroughly explain what's going on under the hood so you actually understand your car, and his pricing is always honest and fair. Finding a mechanic you can completely trust is rare, I couldn't recommend him and his shop enough!
Michael has been great to work with. I’ve brought my Raptor to him and have always been impressed with his customer service, honesty, and quality of work. He’s straightforward, trustworthy, and never tries to sell you something you don’t need. It’s hard to find a mechanic with that kind of integrity these days. I’d definitely recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable and honest mechanic.
We’ve owned our Bang Bus (aka our Toyota Sienna) for over 12 years and we’ve rarely had the need for a mechanic, except for routine service and maintenance. With over 115,000 miles on our Bang Bus, it became time to explore options and we Michael and his team, and we are 100% satisfied with our experience. Honestly, we won’t take our cars elsewhere. We look forward to seeing these great people succeed.
