Crescent Nails & Spa is a clean and organized spa in Bend. The staff is friendly and provides good service. Technicians are skilled and create beautiful nails. Managed to get a last minute appointment for a pedicure just before they closed. The service from start to finish was incredible despite the late hour. I never felt rushed and Jason was super chilled as well as funny whilst being meticulous doing my feet.
Excellent all round and I now won’t be going anywhere else.
As I was there near closing time I was aware of the effort that went into cleaning and wiping down everything too. Very thorough.
I had a mani/pedi last week and Hao took care of me. He did my nails once before and I asked for him. What a great experience. Hao is young, but committed to his craft and really worked hard on my summer feet. I highly recommend Hao.
This is the second place I’ve tried in Bend for a pedicure and it’s head over tails better than the first one. Service and staff were excellent (Tina is great!), and I had a lovely experience. I’m docking a star because this place also required the customer buy a “nail kit” and bring their own supplies, then say that it’s “Oregon Law”. The implication being it’s Oregon Law for the customer to pay for the kit, but this is not true. For the last 6 years I’ve gotten my nails done in Eugene (still Oregon!) and was never once made to purchase my own supplies.
