The project manager John Hiles really helped guide me through the insurance and claims process and was incredibly responsive in assisting me with paperwork and materials and was available at any time to answer my questions and help me navigate through each step. John was kind, professional and patient and made a stressful scenario into a manageable process. The CBX in house claims specialist, Dan Silva was also incredibly helpful in assisting me with essential communication tools to discuss my claim in a professional manner. CBX, Parker Wilson and his roofing team did a fabulous job replacing our roof from hail damage. Parker was on site several times both days, supervising his team and even returning to check on his teams clean-up each day. The roofing team were friendly and worked very hard.
CBX worked with my insurance company wonderfully.
