We moved into our new house and the carpets were emitting a strong pet smell. We needed the carpets cleaned before the moving trucks got there two days later. Chem-Dry of Bend is a miracle! We needed two bedroom carpets cleaned upon moving out as per our lease agreement and called several other companies who all reported insanely high minimums despite the bedrooms being small, low-traffic, and in a non-smoking and non-pet owning household. (That's how simple the clean was - that we fell under the "minimum" pricing but it was still hundreds of dollars!) Troy did an amazing job on our carpet.All soil spots are gone and it looks like new again. The Chem-Dry process has changed for the better since my last experience with the company. I will definitely use this company again.
