I would like to recommend Cascade Heating & Specialties and their technician, Joel Gaillard. My heating system started blowing cold air last night, and I had to use the emergency heat feature. This morning, I left a message with their answering service as it was before business hours and received a call back just before 8:00 a.m. Joel, their technician, arrived a few hours later. Joel is so personable, polite, kind, and obviously well trained with extensive knowledge in his profession. He thoroughly explained my options so I could decide on the best path forward. I have been a customer for years, and they installed my new heating/cooling system in 2022. I am very thankful for their prompt and efficient service and highly recommend.
Wanted to leave a review for Cascade Heating and Cooling. Specifically the Technician, Jeremy Matthies. First he called to give me a 20 min window in which he would arrive, introduced himself and put booties on before entering my house, brought drop cloths etc. to keep area he was working in clean, diagnosed the issue with my master bedroom fireplace within seconds. Had the right parts on his van and installed new parts within minutes and educated me on the seasonal operation of my fireplace. Cleaned up the service area and thanked me for my business!! I wish all technicians, whether plumbers, electricians, HVAC or any other technicians home owners have to rely upon for repairs were as professional, experienced, kind and just generally pleasant to deal with. Thank you Cascade Heating and Cooling for sending Jeremy my way. Would highly recommend!!
