Working with Tami was a joy, from her warm welcome when I first walked thru the door, to helping me choose the very best carpet for our living room! The installation was perfect ~~~ we love our new carpet!
I needed a small piece of vinyl to patch a place that had been torn out during a repair. I knew the manufacturer and the style, and Tami was able to identify it immediately. She found the current ordering information; there was now a change in thickness. She resolved the issue quickly, ordered a sufficient amount of product, and it was delivered on time, all at a reasonable price. She was even able to recommend an installer. Tami and Pete are good honest people to work with, they do as they say they will do. Pete took the time and effort to explain to me how to install my flooring and how to do a crawl space access in the floor and make it look good. I trust Tami and Pete.
