Working with Tami was a joy, from her warm welcome when I first walked thru the door, to helping me choose the very best carpet for our living room! The installation was perfect ~~~ we love our new carpet!
I needed a small piece of vinyl to patch a place that had been torn out during a repair. I knew the manufacturer and the style, and Tami was able to identify it immediately. She found the current ordering information; there was now a change in thickness. She resolved the issue quickly, ordered a sufficient amount of product, and it was delivered on time, all at a reasonable price. She was even able to recommend an installer. I started my flooring replacement with a big store which all of you know but I won’t call out. Then I was referred to Carpet One and it was a world of difference. Tami is extremely knowledgeable and busts her keister to find what you want. I was in a time crunch and she went above and beyond to meet my tight deadlines. The service and product knowledge is leagues ahead of the big stores. Additionally she found me an excellent floorer who also went above and beyond. Great people who care!
