    I had a horrible experience with this company as they installed without leveling the floor and after thousands spent said I would probably have issues. Thought I was just a one off and would give them another chance. Contacted them the other day about a couple of boards coming up that would be fixed under warranty - still waiting to hear back but if I don't, will provide some details on my nightmare experience.

    This review is long overdue.Last year we were looking to replace the carpet in our living room with the same pinewood flooring we had in the rest of our house. Josh came out to the house and was able to locate and order matching flooring that was delivered in a timely manner.After installation the challenge was trying to match the color of the finish of the 20 year old flooring. Josh spent a long time trying to match the color and because of the age of the finish was not successful. As it became obvious that our only option was to refinish all the floors, Josh offered to do the job for a reasonable price and did the work the following week thanks to a cancelation in his... read full review
