Great experience! I have fine and fairly thin hair so had always been worried about bleaching more than small sections of it. After the long Covid isolation all my previously-colored hair had grown out and been cut off, so with a virgin head of hair, I figured it was time to get the blue hair I'd always wanted. Beverly understood what I wanted and was able to expertly manage my delicate hair. A final cut, and I had the hair of my dreams. A couple months later it's still soft and holding faded, but pretty color. It matches my eyes. :)
