My experience was amazing!! I have been dealing with a mystery cough for over a year now and unfortunately for me, I got sick on a holiday weekend. To be honest, my experience with Drs in the last year have not been great, I have had MRI/CATscans/Xrays and lung tests with everything looking normal. Yet my cough still present.
I took the time to find an immediate health care place in hopes of being listened to and taken seriously. The whole staff was amazing! Intake was fast and simple! The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly young lady who helped me with the login on my phone . Short wait to see the doctor assistant also very friendly and efficient . I came in for a cut finger. Dr. Cleansed the deep wound and gave me aftercare directions . A ring was moderately tight and allowed some movement . By choice I had a jeweler cut the ring off the next day as swelling had increased . 2 neighbors reccomended this facility . New in town I really appreciated their referral .i would definitely return if needed

Every time I have visited BestMed Urgent Care over the last few years, I've had great nurse practitioners and wonderful intake nurses. They listen, they care, and they're very kind.
