Couldn’t have been a better experience. The check-in process was easy and quick, physician assistant, Mark and the other PA were super knowledgeable and very very friendly. I was in and out of there in 40 minutes.

I came in to BestMed with my partner. She wanted me to come with to ensure the doctors took her seriously when describing her symptoms. There are countless tales I've heard from her and other women of doctors not taking them seriously. Specifically in Oregon.
BestMed exceeded expectations and I'd encourage others to come in when needing care. The nurse and doctor were straightforward, transparent, and listened intently. They prescribed everything she needed and some back up options if needed.
The lobby was also clean, front desk personnel were great, and the wait wasn't bad. I did reserve a spot online for context.... read full review

I can’t believe I’m actually giving any medical center a 5-star rating but these guys deserve it. From the moment I called with their automated teller I was surprised how efficient it was to routing my call - once there, an easy check in process and very friendly and helpful staff! These are my go to urgent care in Bend!!
