From the very beginning, Josi was professional and timely. Her communication over email was clear, quick, and made me feel confident I was in good hands before I even walked through the door.
Once I got to my appointment, she was just as impressive in person — warm, welcoming, and totally attentive. She explained everything, checked in often, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.

I got my first tattoo during a Friday the 13th flash sale. Renn did a 1.5 inch Luci for me and he looks amazing! She made the whole experience easy and wonderful. So much so in fact that I booked my next one right then! A month later I got a massive back piece done by Renn and I couldn't be more ecstatic with the results. No matter the pain I paid to go through, she made sure I was comfortable and good to go during the whole process. I 100% recommend Renn as your artist. 5 stars for Bend Tattoo Company for their Friday the 13th event! Everybody working treated every customer like they were friends. Not a single customer waiting was unhappy or rude. Everybody coming out with their new flash pieces were so happy and showing and telling, talking about how their artist was amazing. Every tattoo I saw was on point! Including mine! Thank you Brett, for taking the time to be sure my tattoo was perfectly symmetrical to my other ankle.
