Shelby provides a healing experience for mind, body and soul. I have been going to Shelby for over 4 years. She has worked with me through injuries, stress of life changes and significant trauma. In each and every event Shelby has brought healing to me on so many levels.

No one gives a full massage experience quite like Shelby Timms. Her thorough consultation ensures that you get exactly what you want out of the massage. She is so good at what she does and has the knowledge and skills to provide both a thereputic and relaxing experience. She melted away my aches & pains; from now on I will only go to Anjali.

Bend, Anjali Massage & Bodywork provides customized bodywork in a healing space to help restore the body, quiet the mind, increase vitality and reconnect to yourself. We always incorporate organic, healing products and essential oils. Our personal journey of healing and wellness practices drew her to massage and bodywork. She earned her massage therapy certification from Sage School of Massage in Bend. Our practice is an integration various modalities including: deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, Reiki and clinical massage. Each session with us is a personalized experience drawing upon her technical expertise and perceptive intuition.
