Wanted to start by saying the vet techs at this location are amazing and so so kind to our anxious, reactive dog. The three stars are all for them. However, recently we were met by a new vet, Dr. Kramer, who was incredibly disrespectful, condescending, and didn’t show that she had adequate knowledge about our dog’s breed. We went in knowing that our pup was about 10 lbs overweight and were looking for some guidance on how to tweak his diet as well as some ideas on how to better support his reactivity and anxiety. Instead, my partner was given a guilt trip on our dog’s weight and told he needed to lose upwards of 20 pounds. After getting a second opinion, we found that this was terrible guidance on her behalf. Additionally, we received no support on how we could better support our dog’s anxiety other than a “keep trying the cbd” comment.This is the first negative experience we’ve had at this location and we left feeling unheard, disappointed, and disrespected. Our dog also didn’t feel safe in her presence. Hoping to see a different vet for our next visit or we will have to try out some new places.

We've been going to WellHaven at Cedar Hills for about two years and it's been alright, but today was the last for us. Dropped off our dog for a "Drop Off" appointment at 8:30 (basic/mild yeast infection in his ears), he was there for 4.5 hours with no update, we called multiple times around noon to ask for an ETA (after wondering why it was taking so long) and the receptionist told us she would call us back both times with an update, but nothing came... At about the five hour mark I drove there personally to end the appointment and pickup our dog as he hadn't eaten and already isn't a huge fan of being at the vet. The receptionist told me it would be at least another hour and she couldn't check him out because "nobody was there". I told her we're calling it and we'll just pay for whatever had already been completed, but they're not going to hold our dog there indefinitely. She resented this, huffed about me being there "early" and walked to the back room. Apparently she had lied about there being nobody available because a vet tech and the vet met me shortly after, with some strange excuse that 5hrs is normal for drop off's (mind you it would've been at least another hour if I had not come to pick him up per reception, but honestly who knows when they would've called). If that's the case I'd recommend they make that clear, as I doubt most owners would be comfortable with that length of time without an ETA or update from the clinic.All in all my frustration is with the receptionist as she failed to give us any clarity on the situation and was rude and defensive when I asked to have the appointment ended for our dogs sake. We'll not be going back as service seems to have degraded over the past couple of years, it's just not worth the effort. I'd recommend Beaverton Pet Clinic if you're looking for a vet in our area. Reception can really make all the difference...

We feel our pets very well taken care of and we’ve been able to get appointments when needed. They keep a tight schedule so there’s no waiting around.

My dog was always so happy when we went here. They always took my concerns about my pets seriously and treated them with the best care. I was always able to communicate clearly with them whenever needed and they were great about responding and helping us as best they could. I completely trust them with my pets health. Very compassionate and professional people.

They are really great. The staff are so kind, and the vets are knowledgable and patient and thorough. My dog felt better the next day. I'm so grateful to WellHaven for what they did for my puppy ? ?

Well Haven is a place you can take your pet to and be sure they will get the best care by veterinarians who will be open and honest and clear about your pet's health care. Dr. Nelson and Dr. Baker are the best vets I have ever had.

I have been going to WellHaven for about a year and I have had good experiences until today. I live 1 hour away and I went in to get my cat looked at and they told me that my appointment got canceled and rescheduled. I did not call them to reschedule. They said they got a call with my cats name and they listed off the last four digits of the phone # which are not mine. They should be verifying identity for a reschedule. I didn’t even get an email confirmation about the reschedule either. I just wasted two hours driving there and back and all they said was “we will get you a complimentary nail trim the next time you come in”, I trim my own cats nails, I would rather have a free appointment for all the trouble I went through.

Wonderful staff who are quick to respond and keep you updated through out the day if you have to drop off your pet. The are compassionate and you can absolutely tell they love your animals as much as you do. If you go here, your pets will be in great hands.

Ever since we switched to well haven I couldn't imagine taking our dogs anywhere else. Great plans for meds and checkups, very friendly staff who care about your pets alot.
