Coach Michael is wonderful with young kids, a patient, open presence, which our two boys really gravitated toward during his time as a coach. Very proud of him for launching his own classes and the Elizabeth is a warm, safe and pleasant space for kids to learn with him. Highly recommended.
The ability to connect with people is hard to come by nowadays. I am lucky to know Mike and Sarah, they are some of the best at what they do. They are truly dedicated to connecting with people and helping them reach their goals. Fun place, great people and positive vibes.
You know how some people just have that magic that kids just respond to? Well Coach Michael def has it. He was my kids coach at My Gym where the quality of the classes noticeably declined when his schedule changed and he was no longer one of her teachers. My kid kept asking where he was when we went to class so we were thrilled to find out when he had opened his own gym.
The space is clean, organized and very well thought out. The kids work their bodies, minds and social/emotional awareness playing games, singing songs, doing yoga and having fun with hand, floor and hanging toys.
