i had my hair cut by segie over 6 months ago. she was amazing. very informative, and sweet. i was obsessed with my cut(i’ve never loved my curls so much) and so happy to know how to better take care of my curls. i would love to give this shop a 5 star, however, it seems very hard for me to be able to book another appointment for another cut. i’m getting a little desperate for a cut that i’ve thought about going somewhere else, but segie just did such an amazing job id love to be able to go back to her!

Segie is amazing! She’s been cutting my hair for a few years, and even now that I’ve moved to Seattle, I’m still coming back to Beaverton for my haircuts. Segie is the only hair stylist I’ve seen who can give me a haircut that makes my wavy hair look good even with the most minimal, low-maintenance routine.

What a lovely experience! My 14yo daughter wanted to start embracing her curls so we went to The Curly Hair Studio. Our appointment was with Segie and she was incredible. She was so patient, informative, and detailed to help my daughter manage her curls. What we learned from Segie was it is less about the product and more about the technique. Segie was also warm and friendly and did such a great job coaching my daughter that my daughter was able to re-create her curls from the appointment at home and on her own. Thank you Segie!
