Terrible experience. I booked an appointment, checked in at the store and was first in line. For some reason, the system dropped my name. When I talked a stylist, she was very curt and insinuated that I did something wrong - either I arrived too late or didn’t check in at the store. It was only after another customer walked in and said something was wrong with their system that she seemed to acknowledge that the problem might be on their end. Nonetheless, all she offered to do was to check me in again, but I’d go at the back of line and it was an hour long wait. Also, anyone who would walk in for their appointment would also go ahead of me, so my wait could be longer. I told her I’d have waited, but I have a flight to catch in a couple of hours. She said there’s nothing she could do because she doesn’t control the order in the system. I decided to leave and wouldn’t return after this pathetic experience.

Worst haircut ever! The stylist didn’t even care to clean and such uneven cut. The fade in the back is just straight! No precision to detail! Never coming back here or recommending anyone to go to this stylist!

Steve was great, he tried his best even though it wasn't necessarily what I wanted. He was very friendly and tried to make it right. He ended up giving me the hair cut for free. Please pass my apologies on to Steve as he was great, once I noticed it wasn't what I had In mind I started to panic. Thank you Steve I'm sorry if I caused you any caused any grief, the hair cut will be fine.

I take myself, my daughter, and my son there. Our stylist, Emily, is just amazing. So friendly and the haircuts are exactly what we ask for.

Fast, friendly, and consistently great stylists — I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad one, and I just go with whoever’s available first. Prices are fair, and they never pressure you into the MVP if you don’t have time for it (though I do enjoy a good wash afterward to get the hair out). If I’m in a rush, they’ll ask once and accept a polite “no.”
Product prices can be a bit high for some items, so I usually shop elsewhere, but it’s nice knowing they have what I need if I’m in a pinch. That said, I don’t come here for the products — I come for a great haircut and beard trim!
The thing I love most is how quick they are. If you show up at your scheduled time and it’s not packed, you can be in and out in about 15 minutes — beard shaping included.
