Overall, it’s always a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and patient; especially with someone as indecisive as me. My only critique, speaking as a logistics professional, is their turnaround time. I ordered a specific frame color, which can take about one to two weeks to arrive at the store, and then the frames are sent to their lab, adding another week or more before the final build is ready. Shout out to Dr. Sagina O’Halloran, Josue and the young woman at reception that helped with measurements and so forth.
I bought in 4 pairs of glasses for adjustments and had such an amazing experience with Lynn and Monse! They were both so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. Not only did they fix my glasses perfectly (they fit better than they ever have!), but they took the time to make sure everything felt comfortable and secure before I left. You can tell they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond! When I asked how much they charged for the adjustment they said writing a review for Spectacle would help them so much!
Very friendly staff from check-in to picking out frames. The thorough testing to ensure accurate results was greatly appreciated, especially since this was my first ever eye exam. The doctor was very friendly throughout the entire exam and clearly explained my results.
The gentleman who assisted me afterward was extremely helpful in going over my options, explaining my insurance coverage, and helping me choose frames.
The only downside to my visit was that the frame prices were printed in very small text — which felt a bit ironic since you’re there to get glasses.
