Rose City Floral is fantastic! For less money than a company like Bouqs, they made and delivered this beautiful flower cake for my friend's birthday. I was even able to note her favorite color and she LOVES this. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from Rose City Floral, each time the bouquets were received with high praise from a flower lover, and exceeded my expectations all at a reasonable price. Any time I need flowers delivered, this will be my go to!

I was very pleased with my experience ordering flowers from Rose City Floral. I live in California and wanted some flowers delivered to my Grandmother in Oregon. I left a note asking that they contact me if they had any questions because I wanted it to be a surprise. The morning that the flowers were to be delivered, I received a call offering to swap the basket to a ceramic pumpkin vase and even though I was set on the basket, I loved that they reached out and offered another option, the woman who called me was very kind.
