Providence Medical Group - Progress Ridge

What is going on I been calling in consistently for 4 days in a row and I can't get a hold of anyone at the office even though I stayed on the line for close to 1 hour. I am waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

I just started going here for PCP from Dr Joanne. I love it so far. The staff are very kind and professional and Dr Joanne is the best. She really listened to my health concerns and made me feel so comfortable during my annual exam and pap.

I choose this location because is close to me,,,overall clinic is nice and staff all good, I've been seeing Doctor Dustin Cheney since 2021 I belive , his personality and knowledge fine but this time probably my last time going to this clinic, he charged my insurance more than usually for something or some title of medical he told them andI had to paid out of my pocket to this clinic !I can seehe over charging insurance and it's kinda high price for 30 minute visit.Plus I visit him for just rewie on my blood test but my insurance said doctor note says some additional charges for unspecified condition or injury I had related to work!
