We had a kitchen drain clogged that I tried to take care of myself the day prior for 6hrs. I tried drano, green goblin and using a diy drain auger with no success. The next day we called Pro Drain, and they were able to come out and took care of the problem in 30 minutes same day. Dan was great and you can't beat the pricing - thanks again Pro Drain!

Very punctual and polite, he very thoroughly snaked the line and inspected it with a camera.
It turned out to be clear and more likely a malfunctioning, dying pump (they usually just go dead on me, so this was all new pump behavior to me).
I’m very glad to have a clogged line ruled out, as there are a lot of tree roots in the yard and it’s never been inspected. I didn’t know if replacing the pump yet again would just be wasted $ if it was a problem with the line, and it sure did seem that way to others who tested the pump.
