Eric and his team did a wonderful job replacing our roof. They were great communicators, kept us informed every step of the way, stayed on schedule, and cleaned up thoroughly every day. Prime Roofing replaced our roof May 2023 and then again in March 2024 after the Winter Storm of January 2024. For both projects Greg went over and beyond as project manager: explaining the process, going over options, reviewing timelines and monitoring the work crew during the installs. Greg delivered unbelievable comfort level to us at a very stressful time-period after the storm. In addition to Greg's exceptional service the work crew is top level in regards to experience, efficiency and overall professional craftsmanship. Couldn't be happier with the experiences.
