3 years ago, they did a full roof replacement plus a torch-down on a flat roof extension. Looks beautiful, no leak issues. After the ice storm in 12/2022, there was leakage in the flat roof area. Even with all the emergency roof issues caused by the storm, Jon and Victor contacted me within days, scheduled a time to inspect and then made a repair for the damage caused by the ice storm.Very professional. We have a large home with a cedar shake roof. Over 15 years of ownership I have cleaned the roof several times but the job is starting to exceed my capabilities. Quality Roof was one of several companies that were contacted. Most would not touch cedar but Quality came out, surveyed and inspected the project and provided a bid within days. First, cleaning. Pressure washing was the only way to get rid of the accumulation of debris and re-reveal the wood. It was also a chance to closely inspect for damaged shakes.
