Jon and his crew came highly recommended from our friends and neighbors, and they are the best contractors I've ever worked with. We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch.When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead time, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. 3 years ago, they did a full roof replacement plus a torch-down on a flat roof extension. Looks beautiful, no leak issues. After the ice storm in 12/2022, there was leakage in the flat roof area. Even with all the emergency roof issues caused by the storm, Jon and Victor contacted me within days, scheduled a time to inspect and then made a repair for the damage caused by the ice storm.Very professional.
