Showed up late. Did not follow instructions. Carpet left wet. I happened to go over it with my own home carpet cleaner and the water was filthy! Made excuses instead of communicating. Threw stuff all over couches and bed and left without saying anything. Left the front door open and unlocked. Not impressed. Owner (Uzor) said I don’t have to pay anything. Please be an honest business because this service was not praise worthy. At least with Uzor telling me I don’t have to pay I can now waste more time and pay another company to finish the job he did not do. It was low quality. My apartment flooded and my landlord was no help. The carpets were soaked in dirty water for almost 2 full days. Praise cleaning services was able to help me the same day I called! and within an hour of arriving my carpets looked as good as new and smelled lemon fresh. could not recommend enough absolutely no complaints!
