Uzor was very quick, punctual, and did a great job overall. He was also accommodating when there was a bit of confusion with my appointment, which I really appreciated. The carpet feels fresh and rejuvenated, and he even helped move my large bed to clean those areas thoroughly.
One suggestion for future customers—try to do a quick walkthrough and clearly explain your expectations before the setup begins. He works very efficiently, so things move quickly, and you may not get much time to discuss specific focus areas afterward. Taking those few minutes upfront can really help align on details.
