Called about my kids tablet because the kid shattered the screen but tablet still charges and turns on. The person I spoke to was kind and honest and was able to tell me it would be better to replace myself or buy a new one versus paying for labor which would cost more than a new one. Im going to give it a try, I really appreciated the honestly cannot understand why so many bad reviews with the great service experience I just had. The person could've lied gotten an extra sale and exploited but they didn't.

Been using this shop for well over 10 years. They can fix anything, fast! I've brought them lots of broken laptops, many with motherboard issues and many (lots of) PCB boards from cars. As an IT tech and Auto mechanic, this shop is my only true go-to.

For frugal dudes like myself who would rather hang on to a workhorse laptop computer that has been reliable rather than cave to forced obsolescence, this place is nirvana. After calling around to replace the screen on my HP Pavilion notebook, which is about five and a half years old (and just eight months prior had a solid state drive replace my original hard drive), I was frustrated by the responses I was getting. One guy said he couldn't in good conscience fix something that would likely turn into a money pit and tried convincing me to upgrade to something new.
