So far, my experience with this clinic is starting off negative. 1) you must make an appointment to be seen for urgent care 2) on the weekends, the doors are locked and staff doesn't arrive till 8am according to signage. The problem: my appointment was before 8am. The number you're to call to be let into the building has no phone tree options to be let in prior to 8am. A staffer that was outside did let me in, but I could easily see a scenario where I was stuck out in the cold just waiting and being technically late for my appointment through no fault of my own. 3) the urgent care waiting area is hiding in a corner on the second floor - picture enclosed.

*please disregard my profile name. I had a very good experience at this urgent care clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking care, because they take your financial limitations into consideration and treated me with the utmost care and respect.
I've been sick for going on two weeks and finally went in to be seen because I just wasn't getting better, only worse.The provider I saw was very kind and actually took the time to listen to me, and he ended up prescribing antibiotics. He looked over my chart very carefully when he picked one because I have several medication allergies.He even sent in a script for a new albuterol inhaler because I mentioned I'd used up my last one, and he also sent in scripts for Sudafed and Zyrtec so they could go through my insurance instead of me having to get them over the counter and actually pay for them, which I really appreciated.All in all it was a good experience and I'll definitely...read full review
