I am a wedding planner in the Portland area and always recommend my couples to hire Marina for their day. She is amazing, does an incredible job and has a great energy which is what you want on the morning of your best day. I recently had the pleasure of having her do my hair and makeup, and I was blown away and felt so confident and pretty leaving her studio. If you are looking for someone to see for hair and makeup services or more (she does facials too) hire Marina, you won't regret!
This review is long overdue - Marina is the most talented HMUA in the PNW. I loved working with her for my wedding in September, she was so kind and patient to me and my family. I wanted a less traditional wedding look (60s glam) and she executed my vision perfectly. I was blown away by the results, I felt absolutely amazing because of her. She’s talented, reliable, and an absolute gem of a human! I can’t recommend her enough!
Marina did my hair and makeup for my wedding and it was absolutely stunning. First of all, working with Marina was a dream. She is just a joy to talk to and be around. She always made me feel like the prettiest most confident version of myself from the hair and makeup trial all the way to the wedding day. Any time I asked questions or had slight tweaks she was so receptive to them. I also have the unique situation of having little to no eyelashes and it was important to me to have false lashes for the wedding — she made it happen and they stayed the entire time!! Seriously Marina is the best! Hire her!
