I had a great experience at Lux! When I was trying to schedule an appointment, they got back to me the same day and were very helpful. In the salon, my stylist Kathi was amazing.She put me right at ease, helped me choose a hair cut that would look good on me, and took the time to explain how to take care of my new style. I walked out of Lux as a very satisfied customer intending to return!
Kathi was my stylist today. She did a super tight perm the way I like it. The results were phenomenal. She pretty much saved my life. The atmosphere as soon as I walked in was fantastic. Super friendly & we had a great talk, was also super fast! I would definitely return here for my next perm.
Kathi has been cutting my hair for at least 10 years, my wife's for even longer and all three of my girls. We will continue coming back because of the great job she does, listens to ideas we might have and offers suggestions. She is very easy to talk to and have fun conversations with.
