My first visit to this Great Clips was a pleasant surprise.Somehow I had a prejudice that such chain businesses would mostly be move 'em in, move 'em out ..or maybe just not do or care about doing a good job.I was wrong.I had visited their website and saw the fill it in form to get a reservation. Not knowing exactly when I'd be ready, I didn't make a reservation.When I did have time, the website said it would be 45 minutes before I could get a haircut.The woman who greeted me as I entered was pleasant enough. I quipt I knew it would be almost an hour and I would wait.Since I'll have to edit this later when I have her name, I'll end this by saying my experience was wonderful....read full review

No wait, when I got there. It was a Wednesday afternoon, so I didn't expect a big wait. I got haircut, beard trim, and shampoo. Haircut looks great! Beard trim was a little off. My right side is a bit lower than left. This could have been my fault for tilting my head. Shampoo was great as well. Best price I've seen around, so I don't mind a little uneven on beard. For cost and what I got I was very happy. I'll be back for sure!

Ms. Da (not sure if that's how you spell it) was AMAZING! She was quick, knew what she was doing, super helpful, and to top it off, she was the ONLY ONE at the store running things! Huge kudos to her!
