Great home inspection, especially for first time home buyers! My husband and I reached out to Ken and heard back from him within an hour. At the inspection he was incredibly thorough and included us in every step of the process. Throughout his inspection he gave us advice, tips, and recommendations, even specific stores and brands regarding home care. We were prepared to wait a few days for the inspection report, but Ken brings his own printer and we left the inspection with a hard copy of the report in hand. We were very impressed with the service and feel lucky that we went with Ken's Eagle Eye!

The laundry list of items I would have expected to hear from an inspector was nowhere near what it should have been. Petty things ended up on the list but more major items did not. Might be better to find someone more ambitious and young to do the job. This old dog seems to be worn out and incapable now.
