Wow, I can't believe the difference that Zerona has made already. My first six sessions were stretched over a couple of months due to unexpected life events, but I am still impressed with my results so far. Although I haven't lost weight, my clothes are fitting better, and I can wear some that had been a little uncomfortable. Being able to pinpoint spots (such as back & love handles, as well as belly & midriff) is amazing, but I'm most tickled about how well it is working on my neck and double chin. I'm not a young chick, this works on us older folks too (I'm in my 60s). I look forward to continuing the process. Many thanks to Jenny and Danyele.

I had 6 sessions a year ago and was shocked by the results. The first few weeks were disappointing because I didn’t lose any weight but I noticed my thighs from my knees up seemed thinner. Week 4 I noticed I had a curve at my waist and when weighed I had lost 10 pounds. At the end of 6 weeks I had lost a total of 18 inches and 20 pounds!! I waited a couple of months and then did 6 more. At the start I was measured and had lost another 6 inches and was down 40 pounds without any treatment. But, I went ahead a did the next 6 weeks. The Best Light clinic is awesome. The staff are great, the place is perfectly clean and Covid-cautious. The Zerona machine is very cool technology; I did 6 sessions about a decade ago at a different clinic and I noticed a nice improvement in my cellulite that lasted for more than 5 years. I've been wanting to do this again so I'm pleased that this is now available in the Portland metro area! The clinic owner, Jenny, is a colleague of mine (we are both Rolfing(R) Structural Integration practitioners) and I have known her for many years. She cares deeply about really helping people and she's a total professional at making sure that people have a good experience start to finish. The staff who are actually performing the service are great too. I'm seeing Danyelle for my treatments. Super sweet, great conversations, and she's very willing to spend the time to adjust the laser heads to exactly where I want them. After the laser, she does some lymphatic massage to give the body a nudge in clearing out the fat that was released. (Doing movement afterward and drinking lots of water is also helpful!) I haven't met James, the other therapist, but I've heard he is wonderful too. By the way, I'm a fairly slender person but I have a *lot* of cellulite and I always have since I was twelve. So for me, I'm not trying to loose weight or even change my shape, I just want my skin to be smoother and have everything hang better. But Zerona is great for people seeking to drop a few sizes, or even for people who are having sleep apnea because of their neck size.
