So often providers’ forms are highly legalistic, and focused exclusively on protecting provider and clinic interests. But BTCD’s forms were easy to understand, and address the interests of both providers and patients. They set the tone for me about what to expect from the clinic. The registration staff were courteous and professional, and my appointment started on time. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. MK Tran. She was engaging, gentle, and explained my options in a straightforward manner, patiently answering my questions.
