Stephen came by to give me a quote and we worked out 7 ways to Sunday on how to make the most power and financially efficient replacement system for my 30 year old furnace and AC. The short time he was here he found and repaired a disconnect duct in my crawlspace and found a crack in my furnace.

After an initially very poor experience with both repair service and then an attempt at a new AC, with missteps too long to get into, they offered to make it right and they did.
