Overall I was satisfied with All Surface Roofing. The folks who answer the phone are very professional & friendly. My estimator was very knowledgeable and provided helpful insights to help me make a decision. One thing I wish I would have requested is to have him mark the cedar shingles that he recommended be replaced. This was a 2-3 shingle bundle project and they are not cheap. The reason I would have liked him to mark the shingles is because I trusted his expert opinion. Needing roof replacement, I called six roofers. Three got back, two actually delivered estimates, including All Surface. I liked both estimates, but All Surface gave the most detailed and comprehensive estimate and specified superior materials, for only a few hundred dollars more. Worth it. They kept in touch, began before the estimated start date, did everything they said, finished quickly, and a supervisor followed up to make sure everything was good. Very happy with them, and the new roof.
Gio, Adam, Megan everyone was great. Work was excellent! Moss on the one side of the roof is no more, gutters look great. Only gripe, and drops a star, it's little pricy. 700 for treating only one side of the roof, and cleaning the gutters after a discount. I could see if I needed the whole roof done, sure. We'll see if the moss stays off for the proposed 3 years. If not, they will come out and treat again!
