HUGE shout out to Kiev, who was SO kind and patient during a very stressful residential lockout of my apartment. My digital key app had stopped working and my apartment complex management and maintenance were not only being completely unhelpful, but were actually being incredibly rude. Our building maintenance even said the app was working just fine, though it verifiably was not. Kiev was not only incredibly kind and reassuring, but also communicated with a supervisor regarding the app issues to see if they could figure out what was going on.
