Posting with five stars just because I know a one-star won't get any views. This locksmith company is so shady. Do not use them. At least not if you have a car with expensive parts. These guys stole my ECM and the OBD2 plug and it's been over a month since they came to make me a key and took off with my parts off my car without permission. Left my dash torn apart. I'm baffled at how they can sleep at night and wake up every morning feeling ok with themselves. I'm a single mom who had to get help from a church!

So nobody wants an insane crazy unplanned expense. I was walking my dog during lunch and locked myself out. A neighbor called for me. They had a technician to me in 20-25 mins and back in my house within 5 minutes. The tech was very nice-the price was not horrible either. Only thing I will say is the tech did swear a lot which personally doesn't bother me as I tend to do the same -but some customers might find it offensive. Either way I would use this company again!

Called with an odd question and they said they couldn't help me. Disappointing. The fact that they weren't even willing to try didn't come across very well. Underwhelmed.
